Quality Control is an imperative part of daily operations at Western Precast Concrete, Inc. We incorporate a combination of preparation, inspection, reinforcement, temperature gauging, and a fine balance of mixing, testing and curing to assure a quality product is delivered to you.

QUALITY CONTROL OPERATIONS

Daily operations to meet American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM)

Cleaning of forms
Pre and post pour inspections.
Form release application on all forms
Reinforcement placement
Product stripping and storage
Hot and Cold weather temperature precautions

CURING CONCRETE

Concrete curing is performed to prevent the loss of water as well as concrete strength and to reduce permeability, plastic shrinkage and other undesirable factors.

In house and third party testing done on a daily basis to meet ASTM standards.
