Every Western Precast Concrete staff is authorized to stop any unsafe activity at any time.

Western Precast Concrete Inc. has achieved numerous safety awards of merit on lost time incident rate participations from the National Precast Concrete Association.

Open Gate Policy

Western Precast operates under an “open gate” policy, in which it actively encourages OSHA and insurance representatives to visit as often as possible.
